.. is it possible by any chance to have the stock and after market headunit in and use the stock hu for the cd changer and get the sound threw the aftermarket hu

Dunno on that one... The only thing I could think is if the aftermarket has an aux input, then possibly... But I think you'd only get two channels of sound...

what do you mean by only able to use 2 channels??

the cd changer uses only 2 audio channels anyways. Pins 1, 2, 7, and 8 are Right +, Left +, Right -, Left - respectively. Here's a pinout (sort of):

1: (Gray) Right Channel Signal R+
2: (Violet) Left Channel Signal L+
3: Not Used
4: (Black/Lt Green) Ground
5: Not Used
6: (Lt Blue/Pink) Audio Corporate Protocol A
7: (Orange/Black) Right Channel Signal R-
8: (Lt Green/Red)Left Channel Signal L-
9: (Black) Ground (Shield)
10: (Lt Green/Violet) Power (Hot at all times)
11: (Lt Green/Black) ASYS On
12: (Tan) Audio Corporate Protocol B
