Stock Explorer (need help)

I have a 1994 ford explorer, bone stock, im kinda shy on where to start with the build, i am however a certified auto mechanic, but ive never done a lift before, i always stuck with camaros and mustangs, but i wrecked my last camaro when i was hit by a drunk driver, i saved up a lil money and bought my 94 ford explorer, i fell in love, screw going down the roads as fast as possible, ill take all the short cuts through the woods, i just need somone to help me out with all the pros and cons of different lifts, and maybe somone to give directions on how to do it, thanks for reading

Welcome to the forum! A lot of great info and great folks here to help you out here! Don't forget the search butoon up top is a very useful tool in searching the forum.

As far as the 94 goes, congrats on the buy! You'll enjoy the truck as long as you keep up on the normal maintainence items and keep on eye on trouble areas (overheating, headgaskets, auto tranny)

I am not the most knowledgable on lifts by any means, but remember that a lot of items can be swapped between 91-01 explorers, if you ever feel the need to upgrade OEM peices
