How will stock wheels hold up in mild off-road situations? I know they are nothing like steel rock crawlers but how easily would they get bent or dented?

The stock rims are actually as strong or stronger than many aftermarket aluminum rims. They're pretty thick and beefy.

As long as you keep your tire pressure above 15 or 20 psi you should have no issues with your rims. Mine have no dents at least not from wheelin. ;)

Yea, my 16" wheels from my ranger are holding up extremely well. I beat the crap out of it(jump it ect.) and they are fine. No dents nothing. They should be fine for mild offroading.

I appreciate the feedback :) Thanks guys.

my rims still work, and i beat my truck... ask the guys that know me or that went to thaven 2002

Aluminum wheels tend to crack when subjected to impact. Steel wheels bend when subjected to impact. You can bend a steel wheel back into a usable condition. The aluminum wheel when cracked is headed for the recycle bin.

stock rim's will work awsome..+ they look 100% better then anything aftermarket IMHO

It's not that the stock are weak, it's just that you can't fit wide tires onthem, nor do they give you the back spacing needed then you go with larger tires...

Having said that, i still used them with 33 x 10.5/s on.
