Strange O/D light issue

Hey guys, about 3 months ago I had my tranny rebuilt and the other day I took it to the tranny place to have a checkup done on it. They said the transmission was performing to specs. I was leaving the girlfriends house tonight and the O?D light started flashing as soon as I started the car. I hadnt even shifted into drive yet. Anyways, I turn the car off and back on and the light is gone. and hasnt come back yet and the tranny seems to be running fine. Any ideas on how I should proceed. The car was parked on a steep incline, idk if that matters at all though. its and 04 Explorer Xlt. Thanks

It needs to be scanned to retrieve the trouble code, from there I can help identify where the problem may be.

A flashing OD light means there is a trouble code stored, many cheap or generic scanners may not be able to retrieve transmission codes. Take this thing back to whoever built it and let them fix it.
