Anytime when when I make sharp to the max turn and go backward or foward (mostly on the hill) my engine shut-off and I have to start again or make my wheels straight.
Even I try make sharp Max U-turn (slow) My engine shut-off .
ALWAYS WHEN I GO SLOW AND MY TIRES ARE IN MAX TURN.
Also I noticed when I turn my tires to the max (even when I not running )I hear wired (scrubing scratching noise)not from tires area , more like from under hood.
Any ideas whats wrong ?
Just check fast-made pics what I mean.
Thanks for any ideas.

Sounds like the IAC. Does your engine idle alot lower when it's running, sitting still when you turn your wheels?

....my engine rough when I start , but never died when I just start it and left it alone.

...also I have a problem with my transmission :first morning start, when I press gas I need wait 2 seconds until my tranny jump (with hearing noise) into 1-st gear and run. Just first cold morning start or second stop, all time next (all day works fine).

It has to do with the Power Steering I believe. Search for engine dies or go to http://www.ford-trucks.com/recalls.html and check for TSB for your year. I know this has happened to others on this board....

Not sure but yours *may* be equipped with a power steering pressure switch. Check in the PS pressure hose. Normally open, the switch closes when ps pressure rises and signals the ECM to increase rpm to compensate for extra engine load.
