strange whistling noise

i recently had an oil change and my plugs/wires replaced at the auto shop. now there is a slight whistling noise coming from the engine when it is under load. the more load i put on it, the lower the pitch gets. when im just cruising (like on the highway) there is no whistling. keep in mind that this only started happening after i had the oil change and the plugs/wires changed. what's the deal?

I would look for a vacuum hose that got knocked off somewhere. You may be sucking air in somewhere where the hose normally goes.

Maybe the pcv is dangling in the breeze, same thing.
