Struts and springs

want to replace, but want to replace as a package, want to nuy the springs already on.. were can I find them and how much,---- would like front and rear.. What type? should i go stock? I would like a nice smooth ride, any sugestions?

Monroe makes something called 'ready strut'. Monroe SensaTrac and spring combo. I do like the Sensatrac's on my heep, over 80k mile on them and still going strong. OEM shocks are $90 alone, very stiff too.

Everyone else sells them separately.
