Struttek vs monroe econo-matic

Reviewed all the old threads and followed this forum for years. I love the price on struttek but did not like the severe rake people encountered and have not seen threads confirming how much it settled. I work on boats fixing, repairing, buffing gelcoat so I will have weight on hitch. Can leave it hooked to help facilitate. Right now I have a have wellcraft that I am afraid to hook up to as both rears are broken badley and have been pulling with it as is a bit. Differential is about to go I'm afraid also. Lots of slop and noise going reversing directions. Anyone with struttek had them settle? I dont want to lift the front like I read some guys talking about.
