First thing I'd check is battery connections, Second thing, look for the ground wire in the front. Inspect, tighten, clean, whatever you need to do. Third, do you have adjustable fuel pressure regulators? They might be loose, but I doubt that's the the issue. Could also be fuel filters, kinked line, corroded battery terminals, clogged fuel pump, clogged injector(s). Might also be the contacts between your igniter and coil...maybe...just maybe...GL with both of those trucks!

Mine used to do that.
Problem went away over time.

I think it's because the idle of the truck is around 600 RPM, and when the wheels are fully turned like that, it makes the power steering pump work 10 times as hard. Which puts much more strain on the engine, and lowers the RPMs even more. The truck won't really run under 400 RPM.

Check the basics first.
Oil levels, air filter and such.

If that doesn't help it, check all battery connections. Not just on the battery, but, as the person above stated, the ground connections on the body, too.

Ya I went through all computer grounds and every ground point on them... What's odd is every time it does it I ever have to restart it it's like the crank sensor is lost for 2 to 3 seconds , gauges and all still stay up and working but the tack flatlined than came back on ... I have some motor mods to my 97 but I can't see them being a issue there all internal . I've seen over 2000 complaints to ford bout the same issue but no one seems to want to give the answer .

as nothing else has turned up anything, try wiring in some temporary test lights to the ignition coil and fuel pump feeds to figure out whether it's fuel or spark that you're loosing when you turn left. my guess is spark.

Think I found it..... The slosh box in the fuel tank on my 97 is busted loose of the tank . And I see where it's been pushing on the sock and pump ... I blelive it's cutting of the flow ...it had a half a tank to day and was hard to start till I Rolled it in to the street.

The battery connections you say? Hmm. That could be why mine is doing that.
The terminals keep getting that green deposit on them, I clean it up but it keeps coming back.
