93 ford explorer xlt...the tranny is having trouble downshifting from third to second. It will repeatedly rev. Now it only does this if I stay off the break when slowing down. No problem downshifting when I break to slow down.
Had a tranny flush two days ago and it seemed to fix the problem, but today it seems the problem has worsen. It is now acting like it is having problems downshift from third down.
I pulled my codes and the only one is that an O2 sensor on bank 2 is bad. Haven't fixed it yet because I was wondering if an O2 sensor can cause tranny issues?
Any suggestions?
