ok im not saying its complete crap, i just dont advise it, its the junkier of audiobahn and some pos amp, but its all good cause u get 2 free tweeters a 19 dollar value so i advise against that...

I would avoid it like the plague. Unless you're just rolling in extra money and want to buy them just to have the excitement of something being shipped to you.

i can also get kickers for around the same price, would you go that route? i then need to get a nice box and amp.

Well......actually I have those (in the same enclosure no less)!
They were sitting around my garage (I dont really remember how I even acquired them)....I wanted to gather idle stuff sitting in my garage and construct a "weekend" system....http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=114411

Anyway, good for just boom...not much definition to them....suited my need just fine.

If you dont mind forgetting about that crappy amp that that guy is offering, I believe I saw that same set up here http://www.cmttrading.com/ for about 170 bucks

as general rule of thumb in the audio industry, if its got flames, its either assed out, or something seriously wrong to flame it out to make people buy it

If you want your truck to show off to others and you feel that bass get some kickers. I got a pair of Solo Baric L7 12 and wow i got people wanting to see what i got. I got lot`s of warning from cops to trun it down becuase they pretty much now me from work and dont want to give me a ticket. Just look around for what best fits you and your wallet.

P.S. ask your mom to buy them for you... :-]
