subwoofer cover

hey guys, i have a 1995 ford explorer eddie bauer edition with the jbl sudio system and i was wondering how to pop the cover that covers the subwoofer in the back, i started trying to pry it off with a screw driver but i dont want to risk breaking anything.

Chances are, there are tabs on the back, with clips holding the grill in the panel...

We really need a new member email with like 5 topics covered- cuz everyone seems to ask the same questions.

You will have to remove or at least loosen the rear interior panel to gain access to those clips. The cover cannot be removed from the front without removing the clips from the rear.

Without messing them up at least.

There should be one screw at the back, very bottom, of that rear panel. There maybe more, but thats all i recall. That, and then push pins hold it in. Once you pull the panel out far enough, you should be able to see the clips that hold on the cover.
