Thanks to all on this website I was able to fix my 2002 Explorer problem due to the information found on this forum !!!! The air was not blowing on the windshield from the defrost mode/ although everything worked it would not direct on the inside windshield was able to drill arm in place a screw in the plastic actuator arm and presto.....ready to pass inspection!!!
