suggestions please...

i currently own a 92 explorer xlt, it is a daily driver and being from indianapolis, the winters take it's tole. it is rusting out pretty bad just below the rear doors (moreso on the passenger side) i was just wondering if anyone had some suggestions to take care of this because it looks bad and definatly takes away from my truck. i have no experience in body work at all and didn't know if the rear quarter panels and everything needs to be replaced? any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks a lot.
