Sunroof leaking on 95

My daughters 95 explorer is leaking around the seal on the sunroof. I got a used sunroof and it helped some but the seal on it was not much better. The only way to get 1 from Ford is to buy the whole glass panel since they do not sale just the seal for the 95 and up.Any suggestions where I might find the seal, it is removable and held in place by small screws. I covered the edges with aluminum tape until the hurricaines pass. I figured with all the rain we are supposed to get it would be flooded. Any and all help would be appreciated, Thanks

Same thing happened to me on my 93. Pull the seal out and put some silicone around where the seal goes and get some weatherstripping to put on the top of the seal. That is what I have on mine and it working great.

He has a different type of sunroof though. His is power and slides. Your is manual and just pops up.

Don't know if it'll work by try Ford Parts Network, should be on a banner around here somewhere. Or even try Ebay.

I have checked Ebay. I will try Ford Parts Network. It would seem someone would make the seal. Thanks

They only list the whole panel, I will email them and see if they can get it.

Just heard back from Torrie he has no listing for just the seal.
