Sunroof Switch not working--everything else fine

I recently purchased a 1997 Explorer and the sunroof worked fine. I had to rewire the trailer harness and blew several fuses in process. I've replaced all fuses and everything works except for the sunroof switch. No lights whatsoever. I don't think it's the motor, as it worked fine before this incident. I couldn't find any info on a relay or what the issue could be. Please Help, Thanks!
