Superchip with the 4.0L pushrod V6?

Does anyone run a superchip with large tires? I do, and when going up a steep grade with about half pedal, I hear this rattling noise in the engine. Does anyone know why this is happening? Will it blow up my engine? (he he). It doesn't sound healthy though. I put in octane boost, but I haven't had it out yet to see if it cleard up the problem. I'm sure new gears would help too. Im still running the stock 3.73's. I need to get 4.56's in there soon.

I was going to purchase a chip from someone on this site. I called superchip and they said they need to reprogram a chip if you get gears or bigger tires. Might want to give them a call 540-862-9515. They were quite helpful. Good luck!
