suspension problems?

Everytime I take a sharp turn or a sharp U turn rather seems like its it is hard to turn. Also when Im in park and cut the steering wheel all the way seems like the truck is shaking. I cant figure it out?

I would check the belt tensioner to make sure your belt is not slipping, as well as power steering fluid level, and PS pump. you may luck out and have it be one of the first two
