if it will fit in the dash. sure the wiring might not be the same though cause its a 6 disc

Does it have the same mounting type?
I upgraded the HU on our 02 from single cd to 6 cd plug and play, 5 mins and that was it.
On my other 02 I upgraded to a 4th gen 6cd changer with mp3, that wasn't plug and play at all...
But on both cases the mounting type was the same
