Sway bar end links

So after three years of running a 2.5 inch spacer lift I have been burning through sway bar end links like crazy I know I need to extend them but im not sure of how much longer I need to go on them has anyone extended thiers and if so where did you get them and what was the length, thank in advance for any advice or help

Are you looking to cut and weld more material into place?

If so, don't hold me against it, check with someone else too, but you should be able to cut the sway bar get tubing that fit snugly sliding over and weld it on, you would probably want 10" of tubing (5" per side) and accomodate that 2.5 inches of lift while having extra slide over for added rigidity.

I was thinking just longer end links would work less trouble.... just need to figure out the length to go with and where to buy them, worst case I guess is to make them,

I have personally never seen production extended link ends, I would say just take it off Sway bars just ruin the fun :]

I remove my bar when I go wheeling but when im highway driving if its off it drives crazy feel like im a swerve away from a dui, lol, ive seen longer links for different trucks just need to know what length to go with as long as the bolt size is the same they should work

Measure what yours is right now as of stock and just add 2.5 inches and take the bolt to home depot if you need to have it sized? or if you can do it your self, shouldnt be anything too special

Make sure stabilizer bar end eyelet (B) is parallel with the control arm (C). Many times they are not. You may be required to use a slightly longer or shorter sleeve length than the original. Measure sleeve length (A) and compare to the chart to find the correct set.

Another option would be to make blocks to lower the bar to frame mounts lower.
