Sway Bars

Is it worth it changing the stock sway bar of my 1997 4 door XLT explorer with stock heavy duty gas shocks? I just got a catalog from Explorer Express and I saw a set of sway bars worth $259. Is it worth it? Opinions will be appreciated.

I added ADDCO Sway Bars after my bilsteins went in.

They are, by far, the very best addon I have ever done for my 1995 Ford Explorer. If you can spare the cash, you are going to love it. The flatter cornering is much nicer and the passengers appreciate it too.
