Sync3.4 update

Does anybody know of where I can get the update as my ford app says there is one and the owners website says there isn't one.

Welcome to the Forum Robin.
I'm not aware of any official update release for the Explorer. Check out this thread and remember use at your own risk. Sync V3.0 to V3.4 Upgrade

I get the same thing on my 19 Explorer. I think Ford has some wires crossed somewhere.

This should get you to the update page. Click "Update Sync3" blue box on the left top of this page... https://owner.ford.com/support.html#/categories
It's an 8G download and takes about 20 minutes to install - it's free.

Welcome to the Forum.
The member will still have to log in to check for updates. If there were none to be seen before, chances are there will be none now. Could be wrong but I'm sure he'll advise.
