T-5 swap in 4X4

I read somewhere on here that someone had a 1rst gen. explorer 4X4 with a T-5 trans swapped in.Whats the deal with this?What bellhousing?What transfercase,etc?

Thats exactly what im looking for but I checked on the adapter but the site says its NLA any other leeds??

Not sure about the T-case adapter but I'm pretty sure you could use the adapter from this guy that posted on here a while ago. It apparently allows any 5.0 tranny to fit on the 4.0 engine bolt pattern (engine to bellhousing)

Why not use an M5OD? It bolts right up...
Edit: Realized yours was a 5.0... There is an M5OD in SBF pattern too.
