so if i tweak my torsion bars, wont that effect the ride quality?? and are there any other ways to lift the front end at all??

It will ride slightly stiffer, which I regarded as an improvement (I previously had a '02 Ranger and '05 Trac both with TT). Just keep it to 1.5" or less.
Assuming your Trac is a 4x4 the other way to lift the front is with lift kits from Superlift for $1700, or RCD for $3000, or Dixon Brothers for $4500.

not for your sporttrac. The spacers are for the 3rd gens, yours is basically a 2nd gen

You could get close to that with a body lift~$300 and torsion twist/shackles ~60 for shackles, and then an alignment
