On my 96 before I even swapped GEM's in 4auto just driving the 4wd would continuously kick in and out with no need to and when in 4low its like its in 4auto where as the 4X4 would kick in and out continuously and I know in 4low it should be a continuous 50/50 split. Since then I had swapped in a 97 GEM because its almost exactly the same except for the CAD I did that because I would stupidly sometimes forget I had the BWM switch on and go out to a dead battery, so in 4high its consistent 50/50 but in 4low its acting the same but if I turn the BWM switch on then its a continuous 50/50 split so obviously the GEM isn't the issue since its happening with both. Looked around the site and didn't see anyone post with a similar issue so I'm lost as to what could be going on here. If it is the t-case then I might as well swap to a manual case to avoid this issue in the future.
