anyone ever had this problem? the temp gauge on the dash does not move much . it is probably a bad temp sending unit . it does not have any temp. problems or cooling system problems. just curious.

That's a funny thing.. I just came from the dealership to pick up a new sending unit.. I replaced the thermostat and back flushed the cooling system and still no change.. I thought that the wireing going to the sending unit could be bad. I never checked the ohms coming from the sending unit. The unit was only $8.00 that was not bad..
It should be a quick fix to replace because it's right on top off the thermostat housing...

Thanks ,let me know if it helps . I will probably change mine anyway.

I replaced the sender unit. The gauge is working now.. It's just a little jumpy. I may need to pull the gauge out to check the connections behind it... The ground wire maybe

Thanks for letting me know.
