Temp. in rear view mirrow

My explorer doesnt have the thing in the rear view mirror that says the temperature outside and which direction your going. Is there a way to get this, or is it really expensive?

Well you can pick them up on Ebay but you need to get the temp unit from behind the front grill as well. There are a few write ups on here regarding their install. If you are patient you can get a good deal on one on Ebay.
