My temp gauge is "pulsing", going up and down. I have already changed the thermostat twice, and now a search indicates similar issue was cured by replacing two temperature sensors. (System was flushed and water pump replaced as well, but that was before I started getting the pulse of the gauge.)

Sounds like one for thermostat is right on top of thermostat housing.

It was stated there was another SENSOR FOR THE GAUGE.

I have no idea where to find the one for the gauge.

Location and part numbers # would be a great help if at all possible for the two sensors.

Thanks,

Dan

The sender is right on top of the thermostat housing. The ECT is just to the lower right of it. Sender has 1 wire the sensor has 2.

Sender part# F1SZ10884A
Sensor part# F5AZ12A648

Low coolant will also cause gauge fluctuation.
