Tension pulley R&R, now sputters ??

OK, I just R&R my tension pulley after the OEM popped off, no prob, 15 mins and replaced the belt too for good measure. Now, upon start up, cold engine, it sputters, until it has run a couple of minutes, then it is fine. Did I miss something ? It never did this before.

Well, a tension pulley usually doesn't just "pop off" without causing "interesting" to happen with respects to the belt and "surrounding" mechanicals. Check your wiring and routing of things like vacuum lines and such to ensure that they are not "disturbed".

Will do, I did a quick check. The tension pully just came unsprung when I started the truck, so it wasn't while driving, I shut down right away.
