that noise is driving me crazy

I have this extremely annoying thunk coming from the fron pasanger side. It is from something in the tire. I tried to isolate and and have a feeling it is the sway bar or the tire rod on that side.
Is there anyone out there that knows:

a good way to isolate the sound (it makes that thunk when i go over bumps small and large)

Have you replaced your radius arm bushings lately?

yup that sound extremely like the ra bushing.... if you replace it do both... and youll need an alignment after....

yes it was replaced about a year ago. maybe i should check it again though. How would i go about checking it? and tell that they need to be replaced. Also what is the rough cost of that.

Is it something i would be able to do myself? I am slightly mechanically inclined.
