I have been doing work on my own vehicles for about 38 years. At the beginning you could crawl inside the engine compartment and close the hood. Now you have dismantle a good portion of the top of your engine just to change spark plugs !

Yep, had a 67 mustang 200ci i6 3 speed manual. No power steering, brakes or a/c. Sat on the wheel well to perform tune ups. Now my arms usually end up like I got in a fight with a cat when I am finished.
