I was just under my X looking at the bolts for my running boards when I came across this white thing hanging down. It seems to be one of those white plastic things they sometimes use to tie around boxes, where the two ends get stuck together with some high quality glue (not zip ties). It looks like it was tied around my fuel tank (one end is still stuck up there, I couldn't get under it enough to see the other end), though I'd hope that's not Ford's system to secure the fuel tank. I was just under my vehicle earlier today and I didn't see it, so it must have just happened. What in the world is this for?
