The new truck

Some of you that frequent the chat know i got a new truck. I found a very small pic of "my" truck on the ford site. All black, no chrome at all!

I do still have the explorer, currently looking for an axle to swap in. I really don't have any plans for the new truck though, maybe a k&n filter and a louder muffler (damn thing whispers right now) someday maybe a chip but not much else...oh yeah an aux. tranny cooler/temp gauge since i'll be towing the explorer with it

My bro's got a '04 4x4 Supercab with the 5.4. He loves it. He's got dark blue with chrome trimmings though.

Nice...mine has the 4.6 in it...still pretty good though. I think a chip that adjusted the shift points would really help it...i found one 4 program module i'd love to have, stock, tranny only, towing, and performance. It really needs something done with the muffler...it's whisper quite right now .

Of course it's a 4x4 . Gas mileage isn't wonderful...maybe 15-18 on the highway, which wasn't far off the explorer. In town it sucks ass...but i live less than a mile from work, i can go 2 weeks on half a tank
