Omg, i tell u what when u gotta use tha bathroom when driving....u can feel every single horsepower no joke

UPDATE

There was something wrong or not right about the synthetic oil I used, after the blend I tried again another Full Synthetic 5w-20 SN+ from a major brand. Not going to say which as it would look like I´m endorsing it. Truck feels great, performance is same or better, engine does sound smoother and sounds less. Seems like I´m getter a little bit better MPG. I believe it feels better all around. It is wat´s expected from a full synthetic.

Called that.

Why would you be afraid of endorsing an oil?

Many members have posted about the brand of oil they are using.

Because it´s actually snake oil, got it on sale along with the blinker fluid and exhaust bearings.
M1 EP is good oil, but I still wouldn't run it for the whole 20K mi they spec it for, unless you first do a used oil analysis (blackstone labs, etc) at half that or less and find it has life left. Then you also need an extended life filter. I'd also put in a new PCV valve before a stretch like that. I haven't looked it up but it's probably more like 20K or a year whichever comes first, with the assumption that if you're putting on 20K in a year then it's mostly easy hwy mi.

I bought some of that M1 EP too, about $9 per 5qt jug at walmart with their current rebate.

I run the extended, but change it at the recommended 7500 miles of the regular service interval. (Not a Ford). I haven’t changed the oil in the Mounty in 2 years as it’s not driven daily.

The one I got is Advanced Synthetic advertised for 10k not the Extended Performance which is advertised for 20k. Anyway I drive about 5k annually so it´s perfect for me. Motorcraft OEM filter is supposed to be good for 10k/1 year so that is what I use. Thanks for the advice about the EP, if I ever use it I would do that.

$9 is a great price for that EP oil. I'll have to get to Walmart and buy a jug, and make myself fill out the rebate form.

Also make yourself take a hot shower, every time I had to deal w/ Walmart as a vendor it felt like I had made a deal with Lucifer!

I'm very bad about mailing stuff in, so I need to get the paperwork up front and do it fast. I've passed on some rebate items when the store didn't have a clue or couldn't find the details etc.
