i think i saw it on this site but i cant remember.. isnt there a year of an explorer that cant be lifted or something i cant remember and my luck ill buy that year explorer...not sure but it might of been a 1995?

I think now, you can lift any year you want. It used to be that the 3rd gens, 2002 and later, couldn't be lifted because of the IFS/IRS suspension setup but now they are lifted all over. Wonder if you read and thought something else?

i think you may be trying to refer to the 95' year,... some (if not all) came with their torsion bar brackets welded to the frame instead of bolted-they can still be lifted, you just have to cut the welds and make new ones....more painful to lift, but not impossible at all :thumbsup:
