Third row for '96?

I was driving through town today and was thinking which is always dangerous. Has anyone installed a third rear facing seat for their x? Pics? Potential problems?

I believe they do make a third row seat facing in the opposite direction. But the only problem I see with this is that it would really only be useable for kids. What I mean by this is under your rear seat it steps up a couple inches so its not the same height as if you sat in the rear seat.
