There is an interesting thread about this over at pirate4x4.com. It actually isn't as good as a regular radius arm type traction bar because it will still try to turn your springs into an S shape.
I agree with Byrd, I don't see why radius arms wouldn't be just as good and certainly much less work (weld to cast iron? yikes). Early Shelby Mustangs had "over ride" traction bars that certainly would work in a similar fashion. Why not a single radius bar from the top of the diff? I think I'd use heim joints instead of bushing joints. Nice fab work, though.
