ive tried to do my homework and research what my best set up would be...and this is what ive come to:

For my HU:
-Blaupunkt San Francisco CD70

For my Front component:
-Alpine Type-R SPR-136A

For my Rear speakers:
-Alpine SPS-570A

For my 12" Sub:
im a little undecided between
-Alpine Type-S SWS-1241
or
-Infinity Kappa 120.3se

do these look like good names and good models, right now im running myself up to the top of my budget and dont have enough money for a amp...so ill have to run on the internal HU amp...hopefully its able to put out enough

do you think i should go w/ the alpine or infinity sub?

Not bad choices, depends are where you are buying them as retail suks.

Not a big fan of Blaupukt

Type R's are OK? Have you heard them? Are you paying more than $150? If yes check out the CDTs at the ZEB.

You will not be able to run the sub of the HU.

What is your budget? Are you doing the install?

If your on a budget you should go with:

CDT CL-61a
Tsunami DB4400
eD e12K.14

$149.99 for the fronts
$165.00 for the 4 channel amp
$135.00 for the sub

Don't bother with rear speakers.

i was going to put in prices but then i decided against it....

the most ill be able to spend is $1004 but wanna keep it topped off at 800, and im already over 800, im going for quality sound and not quanity

you say leave the rear speakers in?

the HU was 300, i got it on clearence, originaly was 500
front components were 250
back speakers were 110
alpine sub was 130
infinity sub was 150

im already at 940, only purchased the HU, its on its way and should be her thursday, but havnt bought the speakers yet....what do you guys think?

You lost me. Im not sure what you bought (besides HU) and where you bought it?

Please let us know what exactly you already have and we will help you finish it off with your budget in mind.

sorry....im not a very good conersationalist nor getting my ideas across

i have a 1004$ to work with, but want to cap it off around 800$, hopefully this will help you understand what im looking at speakerwise, and what ive already boughten

im going for a system that has QUALITY, quanity is not a big concern of mine...but i want enough to hear it over the sound of the road, which isnt loud by many people's standards....
