Throttle body ----> Again

Cant seem to find the thread on cleaning the throttle body, Is there more to it than spraying in some o2 safe cleaner then letting it sit for a half hour or so then taking it for a good run? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey the way I did it was to take off the big air hose and spray the butterfly valve. I had to pull on the cable to open the throttle to keep the car running. I just did this a few times till I felt it was clean.
