throttle body questions

hey guys got me a 94 x and now that im gettin some decent gas mileage i want to add a little more power to it. has anyone ever used one of those throttle body spacers? i want to build an intake and wonder if i should get one of the spacers or replace the TB with a 66mm one. any suggestions? thanks for your help guys.

the spacers wont do anything on a multiport to my understanding, the maf is more restrictive then the tb, but if your exhaust is stock then your not going to notice any change in power. there is tons if info on intake up grades on this sight. my advice is read as many as you can and make your own educated decision. to many people with different opinions. i do know 1 fact if you are running the auto trans switching to a manual frees up a lot of power.
