I just want to give a positive shout out to an online parts retailer. Last week while parked along the street my 2002 Explorer had the drivers side power mirror broken by someone obviously driving to close to parked cars. I ordered a new mirror through E-bay from an online parts company. It came yesterday and was of the same if not better quality than the factory original. Fit and finish as well as the way it operates is nothing short of first class. I have a contact to factory ford parts and the best he could do was $90.00 plus tax.
