ticking noise from rear of truck.

When i start out from a stop i hear a ticking noise till i hit about 5 mph any idea what it could be? Im thinking it might be a universal.

let's see...ummmh..how bout a nail in your tire?.......................or rear u joint?

Its not a nail. If it where a nail it wouldnt be making the noise its making. After listening to it for the last couple of days i think it might be the suspension. Im gonna try greasing the bushings this weekend.
