Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the stock 95-01 section. There should be a lock nut on the threaded rod behind the tie rod. Make sure that this nut doesn't move. Mark the nut, and the rod just in case it gets moved. Remove the cotter pin with the castle nut, and press the tie rod out of the spindle. Turn the tie rod until it backs off of the shaft. Screw a new one back onto the shaft until it reaches the lock nut. Press the new tie rod onto the spindle. Tighten the castle nut, and insert a new cotter pin.
