Tilt on the front driver side

Sup guys i am new here. My 2001 sport trac has a tilt on the front driver side and the miles currently on it are 120,000. i dont want to take it to the shop. Any clue?? anybody?

You can check your torsion bars for equal twist, one may be off a bit. Is the back sitting level?

Patience- please let the thread brew for more than 45 minutes before bumping... There are a lot of people on in the evenings, someone will see it...

ok the back is sitting just fine. but i started to notice a squeakiness noise from the same spot it is tilting from.
