Timing Chain Rattle

about 9 months ago i had the timing chain and casette replaced and now the rattle is back. i rember seeing the part that they were planing to install the guide was still plastic. and i was unaware that this was the old part until after the fact. i would like to know if there are different part numbers that correspond to the original and corrected parts. thank you

ok now i am confused does anyone know what they are supposed to look like. i found this in another post "The old style cam chain guides in your '97 were all plastic. The newer level guides are a different plastic but now with a metal backing."
