Timing Marks!!

I Need To Know How The Timing Marks Go..
Do They Go Bottom Down, Top Down..
Or Bottom Down, Top Up..
This Is Matter Of Life And Death For My Explorer..
Please Save My Baby!!

the crankshaft sprocket and camshaft sprocket are directly inlign with each other at the closest point cam down crank up with number one piston at TDC
