I decided to double check on the timing marks but I notice another mark on the chain which I'm not sure where this chain mark needs to be the only marks on the Sprocket are the dots are lined up with the cam and crank.
any idea where this chain mark need to be or its doesn't matter where this mark need to be?

Chain doesn't matter, at TDC, the dots on each gear should be exactly where they are in your picture.

If you rotate the crank as it is, the crank gear will back out of the notch (on the other side of it) and you'll have to re time it. Not sure how long it'll be without the harmonic balancer on it, but you can wrap some blue painters tape on the crank snout against the gear.

Sweet! Much appreciated
