tip of the day on fog lights

when you get some fog lights go the extra lengths and
get heavy gauge wire so you wont be out somewhere
useing the lights and the thin gauge wire catches
firedoing more damage than they were worth


some of the kits that come with fog light is not
heavy enough gauge wire and can catch fire and the
switches sometime cant handle the heat either
 






Most light kits come with good enough wire, relays, and switches. As long as you wire them per instructions. I agree that using wiring for more than it's rated for is bad (like putting aftermarket lights on stock wiring), but I have to disagree with you.

Obviously you can't take anything for granted and always have to check the parts that you're given. But again, most of the time it's adequate.
 






You definately won't go wrong using larger wire.
