Tire pressure is good. Start the engine, the usual warning lights display comes on, goes out.

Tire pressure sensor blinks about 20 times then goes out. Owner manual says this indicates problem in pressure sensor system. HOWEVER -- this does not happen every time it's started. Yesterday, started, warning light blinked then went out, checked TP, good, drove 30 miles, parked for hour. When I started it to return home, no sensor warning. Stopped to refuel, started, no warning light. This morning, started it for an errand, warning light blinked 20 times then went out.

Looks as though I have a problem???

I'm going to dealer two hours away on Monday, Jan 6, to replace front pinion seals and flush hydraulic system. Guess I need to have them check it out? Anything I can do, or should I keep my hands off it??? :)

Thanks .
