I just thought I would post this link to a handy page for calculating tire and wheel sizes.

Here is a Tire Gear Calculator that I have in my Signature.....

[(cross section width x aspect ratio) x 2] / 25.4 + rim diameter = tire height in inches

millimeters x 0.04 = inches (tire width)

example:

[(235 x 0.75) x 2] / 25.4 + 15 = 28.9 inches

235 x 0.04 = 9.4 inches

So, the tire size 235/75R15 is 28.9x9.4 inches
